Welcome to 'Mentally Prepare'

— Where Mental Strength Meets Academic Dreams.
Mentally Prepare is a mental health platform and student community built to help you overcome exam stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout — especially during preparation for India’s toughest exams like UPSC, JEE, NEET, and CA.
Mentally Prepare was born out of real struggle — not a business plan.
Our founder, Anushka Navin Kumar, faced intense anxiety, isolation, and emotional burnout while preparing for competitive exams herself. She saw how little support existed, how expensive therapy was, and how students were expected to “just deal with it.” That experience sparked a mission.
What began as a small Instagram page has grown into a supportive, growing community of students who are done suffering in silence. We’re here to help you take care of your mental health during exams, build emotional resilience, and connect with others who truly get it.
This is more than a platform — it’s a movement to shift the culture around student mental health in India.

“I’ve been there. I’ve faced the sleepless nights, the mental blocks, and the pressure to perform while quietly falling apart inside. Mentally Prepare is everything I wish I had back then — a place where students don’t have to pretend they’re okay, a place where mental health is taken seriously.”
